By accessing or using SignerAuthority ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SignerAuthority provides electronic document signing with cryptographic verification, audit trails, and MIR reputation tracking. The Service allows users to create documents, invite signers, capture electronic signatures, and generate signed PDFs.
To create documents, you must register using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Signing a document does not require an account; signers authenticate via unique, single-use links sent to their email.
By using the Service to sign a document, you consent to conducting business electronically and agree that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your handwritten signature. Each signature is recorded with a timestamp, IP address, user agent, and cryptographic hash for verification purposes.
The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Upon cancellation, your plan reverts to Free at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
Completed documents and signed PDFs are stored securely. We retain documents for the duration of your account. If you delete your account, all associated documents are permanently removed.
You agree not to:
The Service integrates with MIR (My Internet Reputation) to record participation events. If you link your MIR account, your signing activity contributes to your cross-platform reputation history. MIR integration is optional and governed by MIR's own terms of service.
You retain ownership of all documents you upload or create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your documents solely to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Service will meet your specific requirements. SignerAuthority is not a certificate authority and does not provide legally binding certification in all jurisdictions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignerAuthority shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
